MACHINISTS
An immediate opening for machinists at our St. George, Utah facility. This position will have the following tasks and requirements:
● Perform advanced machining, assembly, inspection, and installation of all types of components, highly complex mechanical test structures, fixtures, specimens, research models, and flying vehicles used in research and developmental aerospace testing for laboratory, ground, and flight systems.
● Work from complex blueprints, sketches, loft lines, verbal instruction, and other engineering information.
● Highly proficient machining of wood, metal, plastic, and composite materials as well as all shop machinery and hand tools.
● Extensive knowledge of CNC machining is needed to support all aspects programming.
● Work CAD/CAM software to produce CNC programs from solid 3D parts and 2D drawings and to create and design jigs, tooling, and parts.
● Plan sequence of machining, methods, and work organization.
● Produce designs for task completion of assigned projects.
● Support test operations both onsite and offsite.
● Work well in a team environment.
● Interface well with internal and external customers.

An immediate opening for a fabrication technicians at our St. George, Utah facility. This position will have the following tasks and requirements:
● Perform advanced fabrication, assembly, inspection, and installation of research models, highly complex mechanical test structures, fixtures, and specimens used in developmental aerospace testing for flight, ground, and laboratory systems.Extensive knowledge of CNC machining is needed to support all aspects programming.
● Work from complex CAD models, blueprints, sketches, loft lines, verbal instruction, and other engineering information.
● Work well in a team environment.
● Proficient working with fabrication of wood, metal, plastic, and composite materials.
● Operate table saws, band saws, hand tools, etc., and support test operations.
● Plan sequence of operation, methods, and layout organization.
● Produce simple tooling designs and fixtures.

An immediate opening for CNC programmers at our St. George, Utah facility. This position will have the following tasks and requirements:
● Perform 2D/3D CNC programming, machining, and inspection of all types of research models, highly complex mechanical test structures, fixtures, and specimens used in developmental aerospace testing for flight, ground, and laboratory systems.
● Work from complex CAD models, drawings, sketches, loft lines, verbal instruction, and other engineering information.
● Work well in a team environment.
● Proficient working with fabrication of wood, metal, plastic, and composite materials.
● Operate related equipment and support test operations.
● Plan sequence of operation, methods, and layout organization.
● Produce simple designs.

ENGINEER
An immediate opening for an engineer with education/background in one or more of the following areas:
● Aerospace Engineering
● Mechanical Engineering
● Electrical Engineering
● Computer Science
● Manufacturing Engineering
This multi-disciplinary position requires a broad mindset capable of working on a wide variety of programs. The candidate must be a fast study and multitasker. Work will require skills to bring projects from conceptual designs to full functioning prototypes. Seeking a self-motivated candidate that can work well within small group settings or independently.
One or more of the following skill are desired:
● CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
● Structural Design
● Robotics
● Wind-Tunnel Model Design
● UAV/Aircraft Design
● Programming (C++, Python, MATLAB, Visual, App Development)
● PCB/Electrical System Design
● Flight/Vehicle Testing
● Analysis (ANSYS preferred and/or NASTRAN/PATRAN)
● Program Management
● Proposal Generation
Experience: 2-10 years
